Draktsho is the only vocational training center for children and adults with special needs in Bhutan. They also provide educational, life and social skills training to children and youth with all types of disabilities. Draktsho was established in 2001 under the guidance of Her Majesty Ashi Tshering Pem Wangchuck, co-chair of the Bhutan Foundation.

Draktsho is a non-profit organization working to help Bhutanese children and youth living in various types of disabilities. They work to try and empower the children through education and vocational training, while trying to eventually integrate them back into the mainstream population.

Draktsho also helps train Bhutanese special Olympic athletes. These athletes have gone on to represent Bhutan in numerous national level sporting events, some becoming the most decorated athletes in Bhutan. Draktsho gets no funding for training and sending these special athletes to these events.
