New powerlifter here. I just completed a cycle of the Extended Russian Power routine. I saw my maxes go up and was very pleased with the results. Should I complete another cycle, or try the 5/3/1 program? Also, does anyone have any recommendations about what HIIT conditioning I should be doing? Thanks!

Hi guys, I'm considering giving the RSR a go, however I'm not sure how to structure it around the rest of my training. I understand this is a squat focussed routine, but I'm afraid of losing strength in the other lifts such as bench press, standing press and deadlift. If I concede that for the 6 weeks of the RSR I'm content with maintaining those lifts, can anyone suggest a rep scheme to do

Evening gents! As of late I've been on a mission to get back into powerlifting. As a master's lifter with many years (25+) in powerlifting and several in the competition arena, I decided to see what kind of numbers I could post as a 54 year old lifter.
