The purpose of the GNND program is to improve the quality of life in targeted communities throughout the nation. This is accomplished by encouraging Law Enforcement Officers, Teachers, Firefighters and Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) to purchase and live in homes that are located in the same communities where they perform their daily responsibilities.

Our Mission with GNND.org. Welcome to our new blog dedicated to the HUD revitilization areas! Our purpose is to guide others through the process of getting areas approved by HUD as a “Revitilization” area. Our original purpose was to help the community workers who would benefit form HUD’s “Good Neighbor Next Door” program.
