Wolfen Becomes a Warrior Elite - Page 2 - Adventurers ...

Stepped outside shirtless and shoeless with Minnie; did a quick body scan, worked through the Primal Body Reboot joint movements, and ended with a 3 minute deep squat. Took a cold shower and turned the water to hot at the end. Leftover hot and sour soup for breakfast (no judgments). Hugged and kissed my wife and daughters before leaving for work.
